Andrea Hurteau serves as Chief Value Services Officer for Duly Health and Care. In her leadership role, she upholds a purpose-driven and results-focused mindset while collaborating with physicians, leaders and payor partners.
In addition to building and managing payor partnerships, Andrea leads Duly Health and Care’s value-based care strategy and program management which includes value-based analytics, care management and population health management. Andrea also oversees several functions within Duly that support clinical operations, including payor contracting and revenue cycle management. In addition, Andrea directs operations for the organization’s payor delegated functions, including credentialing, utilization management and claims payment.
Andrea joined Duly in 2017 and has nearly 25 years of specialized healthcare experience focused on the strategic management of risk-based contracts and population health operations for health plans and provider groups. Throughout her career, Andrea has held multiple executive management and business development leadership positions at various health plans, health systems and medical groups.
Andrea’s passion for healthcare is driven by her pursuit to provide exceptional value to patients, physicians and payors by achieving the “Quadruple Aim”.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing science from Queen’s University in Canada and a master’s degree in business administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
When time allows, she enjoys traveling, skiing and spending time with her family. The most rewarding accomplishment of Andrea’s career thus far has been having the honor to work for Duly Health and Care where she can build capabilities that drive healthcare value for patients and help deliver the best health outcomes.
