Natalia Szczygiel, MHSA, CMPE

Natalia Szczygiel is the Director of Operations for Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at Corewell Health in Grand Rapids, MI. Natalia leads her teams with passion and a drive to positively impact patients, communities, and employees. Her dedication to program development and expansion paired with lean process design ensure sustainable, successful operations.
As Director of Operations, Natalia has strategic, operational, and financial oversight for behavioral health services across many settings of care. She has led behavioral health integration in primary care and specialty ambulatory settings and has provided her expertise at State and national forums for the Medical Group Management Association. Natalia developed the Suicide Prevention Program at Corewell Health and contributes to several committees aimed at expanding access and growing behavioral health programs in the West Michigan community.
A Certified Medical Practice Executive, Natalia holds a Master of Health Services Administration and Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan.
