Malissa has over 20 years of health care experience in leadership, operations, and process improvement. Malissa has a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a Master’s in Health Administration from Grand Valley State University. She is also a Certified Medical Practice Executive with the American College of Medical Practice Executives, a Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional with the National Association of Rural Health Clinics and holds a Certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from the Medical Group Management Association. She has a dual role with Corewell Health Medical Group - West as a Director of Operations in Primary Health and the Ambulatory Operations Performance Team which supports the entire Medical Group in the West.
