This session will highlight the themes of enabling technologies, attitudes, motivations and accountability by including perspectives represented in the study from the health insurance payer, the provider organization and community resources., such as governmental and charity resources for food, clothing, housing etc. Attendees will learn more about this research and glean some collaborative strategies to address the non-medical barriers to health.
