Stephanie Franklin, MPS, is the Director of Insights and Business Intelligence, leading work to improve the health of members and communities by eliminating the unjust, avoidable and unnecessary barriers in health and health care. Her team's work, within the Health Equity and Social Impact Team (HESI), is focused on bringing to light those social risk factors and non-medical needs that prevent members from achieving their best health. She is a published researcher and speaker on the topics of social determinants of health and health equity.
Stephanie joined Humana in 2014. Previous roles included leading clinical programs aimed at preventing and delaying progression of chronic disease. Prior to joining Humana, Stephanie was the Senior Legislative Aide for a Member of Congress. Stephanie has a Master of Professional Studies in Political Management from The George Washington University and a B.A. from Centre College. She lives in Louisville, KY with her husband and two sons.
