Jonathan Yoder, MBA, FACHE

Jonathan J. Yoder, MBA, FACHE, was appointed Vice President of Goshen Health in December 2021. He joined Goshen Health in 2013 as Practice Manager for two family clinics, the internal medicine team and the float team. A couple of years later, he was appointed Director of Goshen Physicians, where he provided operational support and oversight to practice managers, including ten primary care clinics and one specialty clinic.

In his current role, Yoder directs, coordinates and leads Goshen Physicians. He works in dyad leadership structures with the medical director and is responsible for 31 primary care and specialty care practices, physician and advanced practice professional recruiting, rehabilitation services and EMR operations in partnership with IT. This includes approximately 130 providers and over 500 clinical and support Colleagues serving four counties and spanning a geographic area of a 25-mile radius. Yoder’s responsibilities include strategic planning, negotiating provider contracts, evaluating compliance with these contracts and implementing new business, clinical and billing operations and procedures to improve performance
