Shannon Bishop-Henry, MBA (she/her/hers)

Shannon first discovered her passion for healthcare operations through an entry-level role within Johns Hopkins University’s School of Medicine in 2007. During her time in this role, she contributed to the construction and implementation of the first multi-disciplinary Myositis Center for Johns Hopkins University. Since that time, she has occupied various leadership roles across multiple divisions within Johns Hopkins. Concurrent to her professional work, Shannon graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Baltimore. Shannon currently serves as the administrative leader for the Johns Hopkins University Divisions of Rheumatology and Bayview General Internal Medicine, which includes the Johns Hopkins Bayview Palliative Care program. In her free time, Shannon enjoys traveling and activities with her husband, two children, and dog.
