His focus was on streamlining processes to increase revenue and create efficiencies for clients and operational staff. Mike has used advanced analytics to improve performance and increase revenue. Mike has found that real-time analytics can significantly increase productivity. Mike is very excited to put past experiences to use with the power of MGMA and its data tools. DataDiscovery is MGMA’s newest tool which assists practice in managing their operations and revenue cycle through real time analytics and MGMA’s proven benchmarking KPI’s.
