Stacy Doyle, PhD, RN, NEA-BC, FACHE

Dr. Doyle is the SVP of Ambulatory & Physician Practice Operations at Children’s Mercy Hospital. She is responsible for strategic direction, administrative support and operational oversight of primary care, specialty care and the provider practice plan. Stacy has greater than 20+ years of nursing experience in pediatrics, ambulatory, emergency and critical care. She received her Bachelors in Nursing from MidAmerica Nazarene University; Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis on Healthcare administration from Avila University.
For her PhD in Nursing from University of Missouri Kansas City, she studied the effects of accountable care organizations and medical home payment models on emergency department visits.
A frequent speaker at conferences regionally and nationally, a member of several professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives, Sigma Theta Tau International, American Organization of Nurse Leaders, and Society of Pediatric Nursing. Stacy is a native of the Kansas City area and was employed by Children’s Mercy for her first health care position in 1995.
