As a private specialty practice, Dermatology Consultants has developed a successful method of bringing new physicians into the practice with a thorough review process over the first three years of practice leading up to potential partnership. Beginning with the strategic plan for the organization, this session will detail the recruitment process (both formal and informal), the organization's onboarding process and the evaluation of new physicians and advanced practice providers at three, six and 12 months and then annually. Attendees will receive checklists for each of these processes and have time to discuss how they may conduct the review process in their organization.
