Former U.S. Attorneys from two different presidential administrations and two former federal prosecutors will discuss enforcement trends at the Department of Justice and the implications for healthcare practices and providers. This distinguished panel will share unique insight into internal compliance programs and investigations; how best to respond to those investigations and how to avoid being a target of government scrutiny in the first place.
